Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a rejuvenating, dynamic asana flow designed to tone and energise your body, linking breath with movement and inviting your awareness to the interflow of the practice. vinyasa Yoga is an invigorating practice to enliven the body, mind, heart and soul, and to start your day in a self welcoming way!
Modification are offered to suit all level yogis, though it is recommended yogis have previous yoga experience.
Slow Flow (Hatha)
Slow Flow Yoga (Hatha) is a beautiful self tending flowing practice which offers space to explore the asanas though slower transitions, whilst consciously exploring the magic of your breath with your movement, as well as inviting in your sacred inner world. Slow flow is suitable for all levels of yogis.
Yin and Meditation
Yin and Meditation is a practice that invites in all parts of you, body, mind and soul. The nourishing practice of Yin Yoga with its longer holds is designed to work into the the deeper yin tissues , ligaments, joints and deep fascia to lengthen and give us more mobility and flexibility in our joints. Energetically, Yin Yoga can stimulate the energy pathways in our body’s known as meridians to allow our vitality to flow freely through the body, restoring its natural balance. Combined with meditative practices, our Yin and Meditation practice offers the space to turn more inward and invite in our deep awareness, the essence of our true nature.
Mindful Moves
Mindful Moves is a yoga inspired practice, which combines breath and movement to offer “mindful movers” with a self care somatic practice that supports to develop strength, tone, inner balance and calm, whilst boosting energy levels. The practice is shorter and targets workers, particularly workers seeing a break from the desk, but is suitable for anyone seeking to add some movement in their day or an energy boost.

Meditation
Janine is a student and teacher of Innate Meditation – a practice which favours the path of embodiment and a healthy self-approach to initiate healing and strengthen our engagement with life.

What can I expect in a typical yoga or meditation class?
Yoga and meditation is a nurturing self care practice which can support you through all of life’s journey. Classes offer options to support students at different stages in their yoga journey however, you have sovereignty over your practice and if the practice doesn’t feel right for you, you can modify, rest or stop.
What do I wear?
Whatever is comfortable for you and allows you to move with ease.
What do I bring?
Please bring your own water bottle. You may also like to bring your own mat and props - however, there are some available at the studio.
