Improve strength and stamina.

Vinyasa Yoga assists in building muscle strength by flowing from one asana to another and using body weight as resistance, whilst the continuous movement cultivates stamina and endurance.

Cardiovascular health.

The faster pace of vinyasa yoga, which synchronises breath with movement, acts as a light-intensity cardiovascular workout, supporting heart health and circulation, leaving you feeling refreshed and energised.

Flexibility and balance

Moving fluidly between asanas helps to increase flexibility and mobility, while holding some poses promotes stability and balance of the mind and body.

Awareness, focus and clarity

Consciously synchronising breath with movement helps attune to the body's signals and movements, leading to greater mind and body awareness, mental clarity and heightened focus.

Improve mood and well-being

The focused, rhythmic flow of movement with breath helps with overall well-being, promoting a deeper connection to oneself and an overall sense of calm and balance to the mind/body.
