Yoga Flow is a slower Hatha style yoga, designed to offer time to explore the asanas through mindful, slower transitions whilst focusing on alignment of movement with breath. Yoga Flow offers a guided, flowing practice at a steady pace.
Yoga Flow is a lower-intensity practice. Modifications are offered to support different levels of Yoga experience and generally suit all levels of experience.

Stretches and tones muscles to support functional strength, increases range of motion in joints to support flexibility and mobility

Posture

Holding various poses, especially those that engage the core, helps build strength and improve posture by strengthening the muscles that support the spine.

Balance

Yoga enhances proprioception (awareness of body position), supporting Yogi’s ability to react and adapt, better overall balance and coordination

Enhance focus

The meditative aspects of Yoga Flow, including breath awareness, improve concentration and support mental clarity.

Improve wellbeing

The combination of deep breathing and mindful movement activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps soothe the mind and reduce stress and anxiety and improve sleep!
