YOGA for Tweens (9-12 years)

A 4‑week Yoga for Tweens Special Event where we explore foundational Yoga poses, mindful breathing, and balance—both on the mat and in everyday moments. Tweens will build strength and calm while growing confidence and self‑awareness through movement and the magic of breath practices. They’ll pick up simple, feel‑good practices to help them move through life’s ups and downs, all guided by a qualified kids’ Yoga teacher and Blue Card–holder.

Spots are limited and bookings are essential.

Creating healthy habits

Yoga gives Tweens a healthy way to build strength, focus, and confidence all at once. It helps them tune in to their bodies, manage stress through steady breathing, and improve balance and flexibility during a time when they’re growing fast. Just as importantly, yoga encourages a calm mind and positive self‑esteem, offering Tweens tools they can take with them through their school years, and into everyday life.
