Yoga and meditation is a nurturing self care practice which can support you through all of life’s journey. Classes offer options to support students at different stages in their yoga journey however, you have sovereignty over your practice and if the practice doesn’t feel right for you, you can modify, rest or stop.

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can mcoe freely in.

Please bring your own water bottle. You may also like to bring your own mat and props - however, theses are also available at the studio to borrow.
