Yoga Basics
Yoga Basics offers instructional Yoga essentials practices, including the foundational asanas, breath practices (Pranayama), meditation, general Yoga philosophy and key Yogic terms. This practice is a great way to learn the fundamentals of Yoga or simply to refresh your practice.
What to expect in Yoga Basics:
More instruction on foundational asanas, with time to practice
Introduction to Yoga and its benefits, breath and meditation practices, foundational Yoga asana’s (poses).
Generally, the Yoga Basics practice will cycle over 6 weeks, with each practice focusing on a specific Yoga asana or sequence from seated to standing practices, balances and flows. It does not matter where a Yogi commences in the cycle.
