They help them to enhance self-awareness and personal responsibility to overcome obstacles to leading to greater fulfilment and satisfaction with life.
Life Coaching goes beyond advice-giving and listening—it meets the Client where they are now and focuses on future-oriented growth and actionable strategies.
A Life Coaching session is a nonjudgmental conversation focused on the client’s goals and actionable steps. The process may involve questioning. There is no fixed number of sessions for Life Coaching, though it generally ranges from 2 to 5.
Life Coaching is not therapy.
Partnership and Support

A Life Coach assists clients in taking accountability for staying on track with their goals and action plans.

Unlike therapy, which may explore past issues, Life Coaching is typically future-oriented, focusing on positive change and achieving future objectives.
